Our Program.
OOSH is an integral part of supporting your child’s development and wellbeing outside of school hours. We have designed our OOSH program to be rich, fun, educational and ‘play-based’. Your child continues to learn in a fun and relaxed environment where their social skills, imagination, creativity and inquisitive thinking is stimulated.
Operating Hours.
After School Care
After School Care runs Monday to Friday during school terms onsite at Pacific Coast Christian School.
Vacation Care
Our Vacation Care program operates for limited dates during school holidays, onsite at Pacific Coast Christian School.
How To Apply
Enquiries and Bookings
Pacific Coast OOSH uses Xplor Home to manage all enrolments and bookings for our OOSH programs.
New Families
If you’re new to Pacific Coast OOSH and would like your child to attend After School Care or Vacation Care, please start by completing our Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
Once your form is submitted, our OOSH Director will be in touch to let you know whether there is a place currently available for your child or if they will be placed on our waitlist. If your child is placed on the waitlist, we will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
When you’re invited to enrol, you’ll need the following documents (where applicable):
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Immunisation record
- Your child’s CRN (Customer Reference Number)
- Any court or custody orders regarding guardianship arrangements
- Your child’s Medicare number
- Any relevant medical action plans
- Additional medical information
Please note: Completing the EOI ensures our Director of OOSH can discuss availability with you and keep you informed about next steps.
